TLDR; what is this again?designburger is a design agency that offers unlimited graphic design at a fixed, monthly rate. Rather than pay a fortune to a permanent designer to work on busy days, but not work on others, to say nothing of benefits, days off, etc., you have access to a graphic designer when you need it, at a massively reduced cost.

How many design requests can I use each month?As many as your little heart desires. As a member, you can add unlimited design requests to your queue. Small projects are knocked out very quickly. Large ones might take a little longer, but once complete, it's on to the next!

I'm an agency, too! Can I send requests for multiple clients I work with?The unlimited price is only valid for one brand at a time . In most cases, we can only handle requests for the design of one company at a time.

How quickly can I expect to see a design?For most requests, a first round is delivered in 2-3 business days. Larger projects could take longer (we'll let you know). From there, final delivery depends on edits from the client.

Can I start with just one request?All members commit to one month of service. If you don't have any additional needs, you can pause your service until another project arises.

Can I pause the service?Yup. As a member, you are billed every 31 days. Should you decide you're not busy enough, you can pause membership and use the unused days of that cycle when you decide to resume. And, of course, you can cancel at any time. Remaining days of the cycle are not refunded, but your membership will end at the end your monthly cycle.

Can I get a refund?Since commitment is limited to just one month at a time, we do not offer refunds.

What programs are used for design?In some cases, the client can request which program they'd like to have their files built in, but in most cases, designburger uses: Indesign: Print deliverables, static social media, advertising, signage, event design. Illustrator: Logo design Photoshop: photo editing, animated social media PowerPoint: Presentations Figma: Email marketing, website look/feel, landing pages Other programs available for use: Canva, Mailchimp, Constant Contact (or whichever your company may use for email marketing), Google Slides, Apple Keynote. Have another in mind? Just ask! designburger does not design in MS Word, Excel, etc.

Who are the graphic designers?In most cases, the designs are completed by me, 25-year-design-veteran Jared Weinberger. In some instances, for a fee, designburger will utilize an expert for disciplines such as animations and complex illustrations.

How do I add designs to my queue and provide feedback?All design requests and all comments and edits are done through Trello. There, clients can upload a design brief, a simple paragraph describing what they want, a rough sketch, a stream of consciousness, pictures of their pets (not typically required, cut certainly welcome), and supporting materials like copy, photos, brand guidelines, etc.

Hypothetical: I think the design stinks.No problem! Feedback of all kinds is welcome and encouraged. Rest assured, we can revise your design (remember, there are no limits to revisions) until you are 100% satisfied with the finished product.
